Are your pairs of crampons authentic?
Shoptcrampons guarantees the authenticity of all pairs of crampons offered on the site.
Each pair of crampons is carefully checked upon receipt, and no counterfeits are marketed.
Currently, all pairs of crampons available on the site come from the equipment manufacturers' "Premium" ranges.
How do your pairs of crampons fit?
Our sizes are the usual standard sizes.
They may vary slightly from one brand to another, but you can take your usual size.
Is there a guarantee on your products?
Shoptcrampons does not offer any guarantee for shoes older than 6 years.
Even if the shoe is new, you cannot be sure of its durability on these older models.
The use of these collectible products is therefore at your own risk.
For newer models, contact us via Instagram or email to review each issue individually.
Will I receive the product with its original box and accessories?
Most of the time, yes.
However, this may not be the case.
All information concerning the content of the articles is specified in their respective description.
It is important to note that the Adidas "Premium" .1 range never includes a carrying bag.

Will I pay customs fees?
Shipping within the European Union from our location in France is not subject to customs fees.
For countries outside the European Union, customs fees may apply.
We recommend that you take this component into account before placing an order.
SHIPPING AND SHIPMENTS
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
For deliveries in France, times generally vary from 1 to 5 days depending on the shipping method chosen.
Delivery times for international orders also depend on the shipping method selected.
How can I check the status of my package?
Once your order is in transit, you will receive a tracking number by email, which will allow you to follow your package at any time.

Return & Refund
Return:
You have 14 days to return a product if you are not satisfied with it, as long as it is in the same condition as when you received it.
You can request a return by following the instructions in the "Return Request" tab at the bottom right of the site.
Otherwise, we cannot refund or exchange the product.
Refund:
After receiving and checking the returned product, we will refund you the total value of the product (excluding outbound shipping costs).

Where are your premises located?
We authenticate and ship all our products from our premises in Haute-Loire, France.
