Reimbursement policy
Our refund policy lasts 14 days.
If more than 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
In order for your item to be returned, it must be in the condition you received it and in its original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
Shoptcrampons does not cover return customs fees for affected shipments.
In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for any reason not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Football Boots Return Terms and Conditions
General maintenance:
- Use your football boots on the correct type of pitch (see below). Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your
right of return.
- Let your football boots air dry. Never place them on a radiator, or in direct contact with heat.
- Do not leave your football boots in a bag. Air them after each use.
- Football boots should never be put in the washing machine or tumble dried.
- Leather football boots should be maintained with leather balm.
Surface Guide:
- FG shoes: for natural terrains exclusively
- AG shoes: for synthetic pitches
- SG shoes: for wet and greasy natural terrain (or very greasy)
- HG shoes: for hard terrain such as clay or gravel
- MG shoes: for natural and synthetic pitches
- TF shoes: for stabilized terrain (clay, synthetic, gravel)
- IN/IC shoes: for polished indoor surfaces
Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Finally, contact your bank. There may be some processing time before your refund is posted. If you follow these steps and you still have not received your refund yet, contact us at: support@shoptcrampons.com.
Sale or promotional items (if applicable): Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale or promotional items are unfortunately non-refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable): We only replace items that are initially defective or damaged.If you need to replace yours with the same item, please email us at support@shoptcrampons.com and send your article to the following address: 8 rue du four, Cussac sur Loire, France, 43370, France.
Gifts : If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to them and they will find out about the return of their gift.
